Faulty Comments Tag in RSS Feed

JRoller provides the RSS feed for blogs hosted here. From the aggregators I have recently noticed that the comments tag in the XML generated does not point to the right URL for example for this post of mine the comments tag is being displayed as follows:

<comments>http://www.jroller.com?anchor=bush_rivals_vajpayee_on_poetic</comments>

while it should be formed as under:

<comments>http://www.jroller.com/page/debashish?anchor=bush_rivals_vajpayee_on_poetic</comments>

I am not aware if something is wrong with my template for this or something needs to be done by JRoller to correct the tags generated. I solicit comments and help from fellow bloggers and guys at JRoller.
