But it turns out that the "expert commitee" had a member from Coke and no one from the Panchayat. The anti-expert commitee statements started coming out when the judgement was in favour of Coke. This makes me wonder, how come these anti-Coke guys did not make any noise about the constituition of the commitee or the basis of its reports till now. I am just trying to provide the other side of the story as well, which does not seem to get much coverage in the media. A company should not be shutdown because a bunch of people "think" it causes harm. Debashish,
