If blogopshere hates anything, its the SPAM. They are neither going to get any search engine rankings nor the trust from fellow bloggers. One of the biggest challenge we faced at Instablogs (we have still not found the solution) is to unite multiple languages. Regional blogging can gain more momentum only if local languages are involved, but this on other hand restricts a major population who don`t understand the language. I feel blogadda might be falling into the same trap. The best suggestion is to keep regional domains separate from main domain. Blogadda is not equipped properly. To operate a service of their capability, they need a bigger team of junk remover than editors and marketers. As you rightly pointed out, blogs writing on spam and porn don`t leave a chance to spread their wings on any weak platform. Even Google's Blogsearch failed due to exact reason.
