		<description>As you said Indic blogging more challenged in technical aspects on things like editors and OS support as well. Windows XP does'nt comes with a default support for east asian language when you buy a copy in India itself. I think something should changed in that area.

I believe groups like Telugu bloggers (telugubloggers.com and veeven.com/koodali) should be formed and collate the RSS at one place and colloborate in groups to create a healthy blogospehere.

I am blogging in telugu for a while and I was very much inspired by my fellow blogger and tools like www.lekhini.org developed by one of our peer.</description>
